You can test it one month for free.
If you make some good filter and get Rewards Points, you can use them to buy FF.

Or, you can buy FF 6.0.
When, after 1-2 years, FF team may decide to do a new FF version.
That time you may use your Rewards Points to buy a free upgrade.

Or, again, you can buy a Standard version, that is cheaper.
You make good filters and get some points.
Then use your points to buy a Professional version.

But there many things that you can do.
I tell you my case.
I bought FF Professional.
I made some filters and got a lot of points.
Then I bought upgrades, FF Professional for my brother, etc.

It is not so difficult to get points.
But I suggest you to buy at least a Standard version, because this way you have more time to learn the program.

The reward is not a FF license - the reward is reward points which can be spent on a new license, or on an upgrade whenever you like.
