Filter Forge - Make a Spatula Filter?

Kalimera Posts: 80	Would anyone be interested in making a Distortion Spatula Filter? It would take an image and smudges it from any location to fill the canvas. Much abstract art lately has been made by running a very wide spatula or trowel that smudges the paint unto the canvas. Most often the spatula is as wide as the canvas. I am not telling that is not possible, just that I do not know how this could be done. If anyone is able to do it, would be great
