Greetings,
I have a FF Pro lifetime license I purchased around version 3 release. I recently received an email with the key for version 5 (thank you!). Regrettably, before a hard drive backup ran, my SSD drive became unbootable and I had to restore it. I lost recent emails which, of course, included the email containing the FF5 key. I've tried contacting Support several times on the matter over the past 2-3 weeks, providing information on my original purchase ( I do have older emails as far back as late 1990s ), but to no avail. Would anyone have a recommendation as to how to get the attention of the appropriate folks that might be able to resolve this situation? Thank you in advance!
Cheers

Hit the Contact link at the top of any FF web page. This will get you connected with FF staff. Give them as much info as you can about your copy of FF (email address bought under etc etc). Support is available Mon-Fri. Math meets art meets psychedelia.

Hi Kurt,
Thanks for posting here. We received your requests and sent numerous replies – but your mail provider, AT&T, rejects mail from the filterforge.com domain. We tried to contact you from Gmail to circumvent the block but they detect the sender's IP and block Gmail as well.
Of course we wrote to AT&T several times (last try was yesterday) but got no response.
This is an NDR we're receiving from them:
SMTP error from remote mail server after MAIL FROM:<support@filterforge.com>:
host ff-ip4-mx-vip1.prodigy.net [144.160.159.21]:
553 5.3.0 flpd601 DNSBL:ATTRBL 521 <96.126.118.172>_is_blocked.__For_information_see_http://att.net/blocks
So, I would ask you to:
- contact our support from an email address not belonging to ATT;
- file a complaint to your ISP. Maybe they would pay more attention to their client than to a request from a third party.

@Ravyn - yes, it sounds like we're experiencing the same problem. I'm wondering how the original email got through. Not that I expect any results from AT&T, but I'm going to see if I can find a logical place to lodge a complaint. In the meantime, I'm hoping to get a response via my gmail account.

Apparently your complaints have reached AT&T, as our mail seems to go through now. Thanks to everyone involved!
