I have been trying to download a filter with 4 different browsers, and I get the same error
Filter Download failed. Reason: get_filter_xml(13286,1) failed I do not know why this happens But there is a possible alternative to download filters Download alternative if you get filter download errors and need them |

SpaceRay, were you able to download it using a built-in library browser?
We have never experienced this issue, and the filter downloads correctly for us. Does the filter fail for someone else? |

This filter downloaded for me fine with FF4 and FF5 using the latest version of Firefox...
I tried with version 4 and 5 open then I let Firefox choose which version of Filter Forge to open... Stupid things happen to computers for stupid reasons at stupid times! |

its because you want us to upgrade to 5.0 and pay another 25.00 dollars, like I have surplus cash flying around I am furious that you could do this to your loyal customers.
