hi. I am new to Filter Forge, and I use it with Corel's photo editing products Photopaint and Paintshop Pro. I would like to know if that is possible to realize something like the Photoshop puppet warp or the Gimp N-point deformation with Filter Forge...
Best regards, Martin |

Do you mean to have the distortion effect in a similar way, or the tool itself with modifying points ?
It would help to have more information and a possible screenshot or image example to understand better |

As of now, there isn't anything like puppet wrap in FilterForge.
I also kinda suspect it'd be pretty cumbersome to use given FilterForge doesn't have an interactive preview window, it only has a render view. |

Hi SpaceRay, hi Skybase. Thank you for your answers. This question came to my mind when I discussed with someone about making more complex and realistic photo montages. I was looking for plugins that can add the missing functionality to Photopaint. And as I purchased Filter Forge just recently and I am not yet too familiar with it, I thought it is easier to ask the experts here, than learning every detail about filter forge first to find out an own answer.
In the filter galleries I saw all kinds of amazing distortions are possible. But, unfortunately it is not that interactive as I hoped. ![]() https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=k3gN6aZWc-8 https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=OmOyQyuiO_E Maybe you have seen something like this in form of a PS compatible Plugin? Anyway, thanks again! Best regards, Martin |
