Librarian

Is the librarain and the backup something that they mail mail to you?

When I upgraded to version 4, I added the librarian and the backup (or whatever it was called.) In the email I received, it said that Filter Forge would send me...not sure what... a download link?...within 2 days. But it has been more than two days.

In looking at the librarian, it looks like something they will send me on a disk. Is that correct?

I have a few question about the Librarian....

1. Does it only know about the files that were in the Librarian backup zip? (Not sure how it knew where the files were. They were in my Download folder, but it seemed to find them.)

2. If it doesn't know about new filters that get added to the website, how do I know which ones are new and which ones are already in the library?

3. Should I leave the librarian filters files where they are in the downloads folder? (That's just where I keep programs/files that I purchase.)

4. Once you send something from the Librarian to Filter Forge, does it stay there? Do you have to remove it? If they stay there, then over time, it would seem the library in Filter Forge would grow larger. (But I suppose you are unlikely to add everything.)
