Lost my license.

Greetings. Yes, I am a legitimate owner of FF 4.0, and also prepaid for FF 5.0

I recently had to basically start over with my PC. I was upgrading the PSU and one of the old SATA HD's to an SSD. This caused numerous problems that not even 'refreshing' my Windows 8.1 would fix. So I had to reinstall Windows and all my programs. Now I've reinstalled FF, but where is my license key? It's in an email somewhere that I can no longer access, because my hosting for my old website (which is what I have email through) also had hiccups, and I had to reinstate that. Now I have lost all of my past saved emails, which include this license. Unfortunately, like a moron, I did not sign up for an account here when I purchased my items. Surely they will have a record of my sale attached to one of the emails I provided for them? How long do they usually take to respond?

Mardar, thank you! I contacted them that way earlier today right before I made this post. I'll chill a couple of days then. Yes, I am planning to set up a RAID system if nothing else.
