You can try this : SquarePic
This filter can give similar results too, especially if you try changing some settings : SquarePic 2 - Naega Jeil Jal Naga Anyway the result depends on the original picture. |

... but it is not this filter. I have found a similar filter https://www.filterforge.com/filters/11574.html but this ist also not exactly this filter. (this is only in one color) |

If you go into the filter editor on the filter you posted, you can change the colours and get a satisfactory result. Where did you get the above image? Did you make it originally? If not, could you contact the person who did?
