Hello, I may need to use FF in another new computer and as shown here you can ONLY use it once on your own computer, so I would need to buy another new license (even when I already own an Lifetime License for FF) if I want to use FF in another computer

I have 2 Rewards point so this gives me a 50% discount on the price of FF

So, before requesting the 50% discount of my rewards points, I want to know if I could use this 50% discount over the frequently discounted offer available.

I mean if FF have a discount of 60% = 399$ - 240$ = 159$

1 - Could I use my 50% coupon discount from rewards points over the 159$ price = 79.50$?

2 - Or would be only 50% over the full price so I would have to pay 199,50$?

If the answer is the second one, I will not be interested and not good for me, and I then would wonder what is the reason of the discount if you are forced to used it only on the full price?
I would just wait until any higher offer could be available and it would be for free, without having to make filters and then after get rewards points.

WAIT UNTIL HAVING 3 REWARDS POINTS

I have been already been waiting many months (about 6 or 7) to be able to get the third reward point to be able to have the FF free but until now it did not happen and I do not know how many months more should I wait

There are two chances : buy or not buy.

------

NOT BUY

About any software company applies the following rules :

- You can't use a personal license on your computer and at the same time give it to somebody else to use it on his own computer.

- You can't use a personal license in multiple computers in a company or organization.

But.....
Anybody normally changes computers when they are old.
Anybody changes internet providers for many different reasons.
As you saw, many people asked about what to do when they have to move their FF library from a computer to another. And FF gave a kind and useful answer.
This means that there is no connection between your computer IP ( or your internet provider, or what else ) and your license.

Now the point is : you want to use FF in a second computer.
If you do, when you use FF, just use it in only one computer at one time.
Don't keep two computers with FF on if you have only one license
Probably FF may not formally confirm this, but I think they have no problem with it.

I think it will be no problem for you too because, if you are working on FF in one computer, you clearly can't keep working on FF in other computers too.

For example, if you have a desktop that you always use at home and a laptop that you bring out, when you are at home you will have your desktop on and the laptop off. When you go out, you clearly can't bring your desktop with you, and you may use only your laptop. This way your FF will never be used on more than one computer at the same time.

---------

BUY

You want to use your license in a second computer.
Other people may use FF in this second computer while you are using FF in your main computer.
This is surely a case that requires to buy a second license.

Then, your question : "Can I put together my reward points with special offers?".

Generally, when something is already discounted, most of the companies/shops don't accept further discounts.
Why? Because it may generate nonsenses.

( Example :
If FF is 10% off and somebody has 1 reward point, putting them together he would get a 30% discount. It may be reasonable.
But there is also the case that FF is discounted 60% and somebody has 2 rewards points that already allow him to get another 50% off. Can he has free FF + the amount in USD for the remaining 10% ?
We all may say clearly no. But, as we know, there are always people looking for troubles and loopholes. And it may become hard to solve it if previously somebody else request of using two different discounts was accepted )

I don't want to say 100% sure, but I think that you have to choose between using the rewards points or the discount that FF offer that period.

WAIT UNTIL HAVING 3 REWARDS POINTS

If you haven't gotten any rewards recently it's pretty much a sign that you need to start making new things again. Progress stalled basically.

Obviously discounts don't stack. If it says "50%", you get 50% off; if it says "60%", you get 60 but not "60 on top of 50".
