I tried to post a filter with the name written in Thai characters and after in alphabet but it was refused.
In the Guidelines there is nothing written about non-alphabetical characters and the uploading process gave no problems.

It is ok if only alphabetical names can be accepted, but I think it should be better writing it in the Guidelines too.
( I suppose this was the reason of the refusal, because the mail from FF only says to check the Guidelines for a reason. The filter doesn't contain anything else that could be a reason for not publishing it ).

( By the way, choosing the name in Thai was not a case, because some patterns of the filter were similar to patterns used for silk in North East Thailand. )
