Willow Willow Posts: 10	I purchased FF3 originally, then a few months later purchased FF4, which worked for a few months then didn't work again until very recently. I just went to use FF4 today and it tells me my version has expired. So it would seem to me you never really own this when you buy it....you only rent it for a short time. Other plug-ins I purchase never expire. Once I buy it, I always have it. And a "lifetime" license at $400+ is out of my budget. Willow

GMM Moderator Filter Forge, Inc Posts: 3491	Is your name Catherine? You purchased FF4 in December 2013, then complained about instability and got a refund in June 2014. So, you are right: you never really own a license after you have your order refunded. (if you are not Catherine please contact the support team with your issue)
