I haven't had a chance to play with FF for the past few weeks and when I fired it up I saw my license had expired.Just wondering if beta keys were still being issued now that preordering is possible.

True, any beta tester who wishes to extend his license can write to me via the contact form to receive a new key valid till the end of February 2007.

I went ahead and bought the program today, I already Know that I am fully addicted
and while I have modifed some filters to suit my needs I have not submitted anything
yet.

And out of fear of losing my new favorite toy, or missing out on the preorder deal
I went ahead and bought it.

Now my question is...there was some wordage that implied that I would now have the
"fully functioning" full version of the program.

Am I dense am I now able to use some cool new features that I was previously unaware of???

Any info would be great.

thanks smile:)
at least 90 percent of all sensation is texture, even beyond the visual, with elements of noise, tone, gradients, interval and degree.

when you say you went ahead and bought the program, i'm guessing you then downloaded the program and if so, then you have the current 1.06 version, same as the rest of us. the only difference is that when our beta test allowance runs out, you'll have the rights to download the release version or get it on cd by mail, and we wont (unless we've earned a freebie). at least, that would be my take on it. i am NOT a filter forge employee, so, whatever one of them says, take that over what i've said.

No I didnt even have to re download and yes I already have 1.006.

I just got the lic. key, so the time left went way.

I guess the wordage could have been some standard stuff.

The beta is fully functional, no functionality limitations, no hidden stuff. The program itself is ready to be released, and the only thing that holds the release back is the help file which is currently unfinished.
