Filter Forge Upgrades & Lifetime Upgrades

I purchased Filter Forge 4 and was fortunate enough to buy it on sale.

When FF 5 comes out, can I upgrade it? Or do I need to pay for the latest versions from scratch? I am a little confused because of something I read on the internet - perhaps misinformation - something like you need to pay full price instead of getting upgrades. Unfortunately I can't find that article again to re read what it said.

It left me wondering if only those who buy the lifetime option get the upgrades. Or can anyone upgrade?

Also, in order to get the lifetime of upgrades, do you have to buy at full price? I am guessing you do. I am guessing that never goes on sale. smile:-)

Sure. At the moment the upgrade price from FF3 Professional to FF4 Professional is $129 (compared to the new license list price of $399). You can assume the upgrade price from FF4 to FF5 will be similar – though I can't guarantee anything.

The lifetime upgrade for all future version of Professional Edition is offered for $429. We sometimes offer a discount on it as well (not very often though).
