I have tried down loading the filter Noisetropolis twice, after deleting and reinstalling. Each time the filter will not work for me on any picture I load it on. I just get the regular icon picture from the filter in its place. Anyone have a idea what is happening or what I am doing wrong??? Thanks.

You have to click the little arrow beside the box labeled Source. Then click load image
