Incomplete Filter Library Backup!

On Tuesday the 1st of April I received an email containing the Filter Library Backup I ordered the previous day. Unfortunately it is missing a number of recent months worth of filters. I immediately sent both an email and left a note using this website's contact form with this information but have not received any response at all from Filter Forge regarding a complete file.

I would very much appreciate receiving the up-to-date and complete file I purchased rather than the older file I was sent.

As I have purchased this file in previous years I am sure that I installed it correctly. Many older filters were present and installed perfectly, merely new months were missing.
