I just purchased FF Pro 4.0 and tried to update via my current 3.0 by entering the new license key and I get the following response: "License name or key is too long". Both the name and key i entered match my ordering/ purchase info. What do I have to do to upgrade my 3.0 to 4.0?

Don't know that you can upgrade thru the 3 version of FF that way....You can download here and install FF4 then put in the number that you were given...

Ok. I was hoping I could upgrade my current version so I wouldn't have to re-download all the filters I have loaded.

Mark, if you are fine with the functionality offered by your FF 3 you don't need to upgrade at all!
On the other hand, if you want to take advantage of loops, groups and other stuff in FF 4 please download and install it from the download page. Here is how to import filters from your FF3 to FF4. |

I was extremely satisfied with 3.0 but I bought 4.0 to both gain added functionality and to support a great program that I have thoroughly enjoyed. Thanks so much for the import info. Mark |
