I purchased full version and upgrade many months ago (a subscription model I would not even have considered buying into!!) and was promised a license once v4 is released but did not get any. What is this about?

Communication with "support" only works when it is about getting a customer sending more money, but not afterwards.

I rather would like my money back than continuing supporting this scam.

Wow, GMM, this kind of response is not helpful either.

Treating a customer (who is understandably angry if he really did pay for the product and never receive it) like that in a public forum makes it look like you couldn't care less about your customers. My first thought was: "they're probably planning to discontinue the product." Is that your plan?

How is posible that it has already been 3 months since the V4.0 version and you put it now?

I have to disagree much that the customer support by email is bad, because all the times I have sent an email to them, I have had an answer in 24 or 48 hours, and have been kind and good.

I agree with GMM that they can do nothing fr om the information given by anilsen to be able to solve the problem unless is given the information to know who is anilsen and how can the FF team know wh ere is the 4.0 key he wants.

It is quite possible to tell a customer that in a polite and friendly fashion.

All my dealings with FF nave been fast and very friendly even after purchase. I'm kind of surprised at the way you responded GMM, but having your company called a scam without being given a chance to fix the problem was uncalled for. There could easily have been a mix up somewhere as emails can be lost for any number of reasons. Have you checked your email's junk folder anilsen? Some spam filters are pretty rigid.
