Initial data download failed.

Today, while downloading some filters, a trouble happened.
The following message appeared :

Initial data download failed. Reason: 'get_families_versions_list() failed.'.

After getting this message from FF, I don't succeed to download any filter.
Does anybody have an idea about how to solve it?

Hummm... Maybe a server error ( I don't use proxy, so I guess it isn't caused by my connection )

Hello, this is a known issue and happens sometimes when you try to download a filter and until now the only way to solve is waiting some time and it gets fixed by itself and is not an error from your computer or your connection.
