Cannot load filters from site

Sorry that I do not understand well what it happens to you

You already own FF 3.0 with your license, and recently have change the computer and you have reinstalled again FF 3.0 and have registered it with your key license, and then when trying to download a filter it tells you that you need a new version?

Have you tried to use the menu Tools-->Update ?

Because recently has been released the 3.0.15 version and you must update to the latest version to be able to download any filter from the Filter Library online

Also there is an alternative way to download filters , but with both ways you need to have the software updated to do it.

You can always grab and download any filter ONLY IF there is no new updated version on the number you already have, I mean if you have 3.0.14 and then version 3.0.15 has been released, you will not be able to download any new filter until you update to the latest version.
