What are the major 4.0 features

I'm a filter user oppose to a creator. I have the Professional 3.0 and have been looking for examples of the creativity one will have with the upgrade to 4.0. I haven't seen that many creations done with the beta version posted, and what I've seen doesn't seem to show significant changes in the end result.

From what I am learning, it just seems creating filters will be easier. Maybe I'm jumping the gun a bit since not many new filters are being created and uploaded and the tutorials are few and old (examples of how filters were used to create new imagery).

Hopefully there will be more and better examples of the benefits of upgrading to 4.0 other than having to have it to use a 4.0 created filter.
