November 2012 - The month without new filters
Seriously, while there was no shortage of sympathy for FF for the technical problems they suffered, not having things back to normal by now doesn't seem at all reasonable.
And yes, there are bigger problems in the world than "no new filters", but it's a responsibility that's not being met, and a source of frustration both for authors and users.
October is becoming further and further in the past.
Marking days off a calendar is one thing.
Turning pages on a calendar is entirely another.
I certainly hope we won't still be discussing this as we change calendars altogether.

Although I agree with this, is important also to value also ALL the thousand of wonderful and excellent filters already available in the libbrary.
I understand what you are saying and I agree, but surely FF wants to make it as soon as they can (or at least I think so) and if they have not done it, there must be reasons for it, and soon will be possible to have it working again.
Perhaps this happens now to take some time AND VALUE ALL THE WORTHY, amazing and awesome filters already available in the library.
Other different thing would be if the Library server WAS NOT WORKING at all and you could not have any filter at all.
I do not feel bad with this and just have patience and wait until this is fixed and solved, and as Sharandra have said, waiting to see what new filters would come from your creative minds. (I have some filters preparing but do not have time to finish them, sorry)

Some new filters just came in today! Thanks FF team! But what about the submitted filters that were removed due to the server issues? Will they show up in the online filter library in the future, or do we need to re-submit for others to download it on this website?

If I remember correctly those were not part of the back-up that was restored...Same with some of the forum posts...At least that is the last thing I remember about FF posting....Or I could have been sleep-reading again...
Glad to see there are filters being accepted again.
