Kevin, I can see that in your Block Busters filter it has 379 downloads until now, so I can´t understand how you say that there is only 9 more downloads to reach to a certain amount. I mean that 379 + 9 = 388, it should be at least 400 and not just 388.

Anyway this does not matter at all, because as said very well by CFandM the HU rewards are ONLY given by the High Usage of the filter and is not important at all how many downloads it has, it could have 5000 downloads and not have a HU reward, or it could have only 100 downloads and have a HU reward.

The problem with the HU rewards is that there is NO information, ranking, levels or whatever to know the evolution of the filter and how it is doing and how often it is used, because there is ONLY one step or level, starting on AVERAGE, the only next step is HIGH, and there is no middle level where you could know if it is having a good sucess or not.
