FF4 upgrade.

So I dove in and purchased the FF4 upgrade. Got the receipt from Digital River - was I supposed to get some sort of acknowledgement of the purchase from Filter Forge? I am aware that its only in Beta and not actually released...
Just want to be sure as I've received no indication that my upgrade has been added to my account or anything.
Edited to add - this was nearly 2 weeks ago...

As far as I know you do not get any notification inmediately after buying something from FF Inc., you will get an email confirmation in 24 or 48 hours.

If you have not received this in this time you must contact the FF support and send them the number of your order or whatever information related to your order.

"Since, this is a preorder, you will receive the 4.0 license key after Filter Forge 4.0 is officially released in 2013."

No worries, just wanted to make sure my order was received.
