Upcoming EULA changes, round two

I've been wondering how I would feel if I made a filter with pure textures and presets, and someone rendered those presets and sold them. At first I'd feel like I had put a lot of work in, and they were sliding in an making easy money. But then I'd remember that they bought the tool, and paid money to use it. And I made it for others to use.

One position Filter Forge might take is that raw texture files compete directly with Filter Forge, because they can be used to create the same texture in photos that Filter Forge creates. And therefore the sale of textures as raw texture files created with FilterForge is forbidden.

If that is what the EULA is already doing, it is not understandable from what I read.
