I have forgot to suggest one feature more that I have thought
Could be possible to show how many filters you have in your own library ? The only way I have for knowing this is to go to the Library folder and sel ect how many files are inside of that folder that is about 1450 But I think that if it is possible, it could be good to have a note in FFcat somewhere that shows how many filters you have in your catalog. Also if it would be possible, and there is a way to do it, it could be more useful it the FFCat could tell you how many filters you have from the online library, and how many you have from your own offline custom filters fr om the "my filters" folder. Do not bother if this is much work or would take time to do it, as this is not important, just a curious thing to have. |

The file is the last one near the end of the first page, here is the Direct link to the thread FFCat is out of beta ![]() This is how it looks on this new updated version and I have uploaded on page 2 of that thread also the catalog file in case you want to use the folders I have done |

I want to thanks again (and again, and again) to Saragani and Morgantao for having made this great, very well done, very useful, time saving and amazing tool to use FF in a much better and easier way, and love how it can be customized and use directly with Filter Forge.

Hi, is it difficult to code FFCat to allow the user to arrange their created folder categories in any custom order, like alphabetical? This would be a great feature to help me save time saving and finding the category I need quickly. Thx.
Sorry, Just found my answer buried somewhere within this thread. Excellent. |

Well, none of Morgantao and Saragani (the makers of this tool) are available anymore here in the forum, so I think that they will not continue making any modifications to it. For alphabetical order, you can do it yourself by hand, you can organize your custom folder in alphabetical order, so is not something you can´t do without modifying and adding this feature. I do not know how many custom folder you have, but I do not think that it would be too much so that you can´t organize them yourself by alphabetical order. I know what mean with the feature, and maybe you do not want to have them ALWAYS in alphabetical order, and you want to be able to change from one custom arrangement of the folders to another, but as I said they are not available here anymore, unless you send them a private message telling about this topic. |

Two years after this thread was started, I just discovered it! Before I try to download the tool (assuming it is still available) and spend time testing it to see if it fits my needs, I thought I'd ask if the tool still provides added value since the improvements in the FF 4.0 Filter Manager (ability to add custom folders) were added.
