ummm, i hate to throw a dongle in the works, but smoke is rarely all white. where are the grays and blacks?
If wishes were horses... there'd be a whole lot of horse crap to clean up!

Damm your dongle smile:D back to the drawing board smile:cry: ......... I did actually have a go at smoke layering for billowing effects with different shading but couldn't get it to work so I left it at the more greenhouse friendly smoke, but your completely right and I will go and work more on it as I do want the filter to be perfect so I'm glad you've thrown in your dongle.............. Kraellin I'm going to submit this updated version with the fire control and other improvements and keep working on improving the smoke as it's not something easy to improve and will take a lot of fiddling to perfect while the filter improvement already achieved are worth updating............. carl, 'smoke' shld be fairly easy to create with a perlin noise and maybe a couple other things tossed in. get some contrasting, stretch it, scale it and voila'! then again, i'd probably try it and go, 'ok, this is harder than i thought' smile:D

The basic premise for smoke is rudamentry but getting a billowing effect with correct looking tonal change is more of a challenge for me, it's probly one those things of once you find the solution it's bleeding obvious and why did'nt I think of that in the first place smile:D ........... Carl
