is there a new installer that fixes the install bug with 3.0? I still haven't gotten it to open up. I reinstalled several times, tried letting it sit for 4 hours (still no app on screen)

Not sure what to do. I'm running Win7 64 and photoshop CS4. Neither the Standalone version or the Photoshop Version run.

GMM I should be on the Lifetime upgrade list as well, so if I don't show on it can you post when all of the License Keys have gone out so I can check for mine?

Any help in getting FF3 to run on my machine would be greatly appreciated.

I had used the contact page and got a reply a day or 2 later but after replying by email i have been waiting a few days now so i was wondering if i should of used the contact form instead to reply.

I think they are probably still manually sending out thousands of License Keys and replying to people however. So i was going to leave it a while before trying again as i think it's probably just that it is taking a while to process right now.

Hi GMM, just to inform, my Life Upgrade I didn't receive yet. The support had sent a palliative one until fix the system. Another comment just to inform, it was weird that I wasn't getting to log-in here with my usual password. I had to change it to get to log-in at FF site.

hi GMM,

i got my permanent lifetime FF3 license key in my email this morning. used the registration thing and got the key and entered it and works fine! thanks smile:)

If wishes were horses... there'd be a whole lot of horse crap to clean up!

After originally using the contact form i got a response back a few days ago and replied back to the email but i have not been sent another from the support team with a license yet.

Edit - I have just sent another message via the contact form in case my original reply by email did not arrive for some reason.
