default image size?

is there a way to set a default image size for the new image? i keep changing it to the size i want, but everytime i close and reopen the programme, the size i set has changed back to the default size (i want soemthing smaller as it renders quicker)

the only way i know how to do it is to change the default image itself. simply replace it with a different one of a different size. rename the image to the same as the default and it shld work. but, you'll have to do that every time you want a new default size.
If wishes were horses... there'd be a whole lot of horse crap to clean up!
