Support needed - Possible refund of basic to upgrade to pro

Good afternoon,

I am contacting you in regards to the possibility of getting back my 33% discount, so I can use it to upgrade to pro or get a refund of the purchase of the basic and the discount back, so I can buy pro with the 33% discount?

The program is a fantastic tool and I understand that the 3000x3000 limit was there, my mistake was thinking that my free trial was for the basic and not for the pro, so I thought the normal size I was using would be fine for use with Filter Forge?

Also, is there possibly and unadvertised version of the software that is basic with the ability to use bigger than 3kx3k files, without the other pro stuff included since we do not need the other pieces of the Pro software at this time.

I understand that the fastest way the website states that I should contact you would be using the contact form, however the estimated time for a contact was 24 hours and at this point it was been 48 hours with no contact so I figured I would post here since I saw some of the Filter Forge crew responding here.

It is a fantastic program and the cost is pretty reasonable all around, every dollar counts at this point and we would like to avoid spending more than required.
