Well, I've switched to the new computer, loaded the registration key... but the software continues to ask me to reinstall license key over and over... it says that my license name and license key aren't valid.

have you ever gotten more than one key, like one for FF1 and one for FF2? if so, try the other one.
If wishes were horses... there'd be a whole lot of horse crap to clean up!

Most probably you're trying to enter your FF1 key into FF2 Beta. Please download and install FF 1.0 from the download page.

Good grief. That was it entirely. I feel like such a dunce Ah well, thank you all for putting up with me even when I'm freaking out over the obvious. I've been spending time pulling apart some of Mr. Blackney's filters (love his work!), quite often with unexpected results -- but always fun. Sooner or later I'll hopefully come up with something worthwhile to upload myself. |
