Hey FF, I attempted to upgrade to Pro from Basic and it appears that the order failed. I called share-it and the woman explained (in a snooty tone) that it was because of my PayPal account. This is completely incorrect as I have more then enough funds in my account and have already received money twice and made another purchase shortly after attempting the upgrade. There are 2 pages to do an upgrade at, the one inside Filter Forge (which redirects you to a different page on the site) and the one on filterforge.com where when you click buy. I did the one directly from the app and it did not ask me for my key at any point during the purchase (hope that is OK). I have submitted a request now on the Buy->Upgrade page now with the details.
FYI the page located @ http://www.filterforge.com/buy/upgrade-basic-v1.html, with the link to the Upgrade: Download-Only Version is a 404. Any help would be great! |

Thanks, here is what I did to get it working. I'm currently in Europe which might have been the problem, so I logged into remote desktop onto one of my machines in the USA and did the order that way. It was approved instantly, same exact info used as the first time. Thanks for the upgrade, feel free to delete this post!
