CUSTOMER SERVICE AT FF...????

Helloooo....

i tried FF and thought it really cool so i decided to preorder the pro version for mac.

i ordered and paid on 23 feb 09. after several unanswered emails and no success trying to reach FF by phone, i finally got my beta product key on 2 mar 09.

NOW the beta key wont work, nothing has been delivered, and its the 7th of april. ANOTHER week of waiting and wondering just what you guys could be thinking of.. only this time i cant use the program at all cause the free trial has expired.

honestly, i thought i was being a good sport by giving you money up front for this thing and expected something more than silence and frustration in return.

is this really the best we can do...???
