Today, (checks if it's midnight here) again, today, is my last day before my trial expires. Sad, not even one 'high usage'. I loved FF because of easy it was to use and how flexible it was to create textures. It saved me a huge amount of time creating my textures for games but meh, don't have the cash to purchase it now.
I still have about 30 or so filters I haven't submitted that were personal work which I don't know if it will make a difference if I submit it. [run on sentence ftw ![]() I'm not sure but I heard that it was possible to extend your trial. Is it true? Well thanks guys. |

Have you extended the preliminary trial period by 60 days yet? If you are an active contibutor, which you are, you can get a 60 day extension to your trial for a total of 90 days.
If my memory is faulty, and you have already used up your extra 60 days on top of the 30 days I say submit any of your good filters and put the rest up as downloadable files in the forum. |

I'm curious, where on the FF website does it say you can/need to be an active contributor to extend the trial to 60, or better yet, 90 days? I've seen previous posts like this official one from Bella stating "90 days upon request", but wasn't aware there was an "active contributor" (presumably meaning you have to make filters?) requirement. Any clarification is of course appreciated.

torley, i dont think there is one. i've never seen any of the FF team say that you had to be 'active' or 'producing' for the extension. the ONLY thing i've ever seen from FF is that you simply send them an email and make the request.
If wishes were horses... there'd be a whole lot of horse crap to clean up!
