I purchased the basic form yesterday, and now I'd like to upgrade to professional. I went through all the steps to request my upgrade - but I have no idea what to do next. Do I just wait to be contacted by someone here? Is there an approval process that has to happen? I just assumed I could use PayPal again and receive the full upgrade.

Any info would be appreciated as I am still getting an error message when I try to run a filter on a 12x12 page @300dpi.

I'm not with FF, but I would assume that you will get an email on the next business day (Monday) with instructions and a registration code.....

Quite right. Upgrade requests have to pass through our support service, and we aren't 24/7.

playathomemom, what is the error message and what is the filter? or does it happen on any filter?

Thanks so much! I guess I just assumed that since I was able to purchase my original copy of FF via PayPal, late on a Saturday night, that I would be able to upgrade through the same process just as easily. I was working on some projects yesterday and realized that with the "basic" program that I ordered, I could not use FF on 12x12 (inch) pages, at 300dpi (as I was able to do in the trial version). I didn't read the note about the size limitations closely enough to figure out that it applied to my needs.

Anyway, I was anxious to continue working and wondered if I was perhaps missing some type of link where I could activate the upgrade myself, and wasn't aware that I needed to wait for validation. The error message that I was receiving was one that said something about "URL Manager not available." I soon figured it out! (Insert embarassed face here).

Thanks so much for your note in response! All is good now and I have my upgrade!!
