Filter Forge - FF 13 No longer add frame around the outside of the image?

dolphincrazy1 dolphincrazy1 Posts: 37 Filters: 1	Hi, I have been using frames in the past within the texture frames and effect frames in both category’s but for some reason they no longer add frame around the outside of the image I select, how can I the frame to show up around my image? There are a lot of amazing frames, but they are all redundant because it now longer adds frame around an image, this is very frustrating! Any help would be much appreciated to help me.
