Hello, I hope you will help me here. I sent 2 emails to the Filterforge Support, but did not get an answer.
In the year 2020 I upgraded to a lifetime license, this was Filterforge 9 pro. With the version 10 I yet had issues and the support team sent me a license key for the version 10. I did not use Filterforge for months and now I wanted to install and activate version 11.
But Filterforge 11 does not exist one of the *lifetime*! licenses. What else can I do to get help?

Every FF version requires a different license key.
At the moment the support team doesn't have any unanswered requests in the queue - please check your spam folder for our reply.

No, I did not receive any reply, nothing is in spam folder. Maybe my email has not been received? What can I do?

You don't have to ask for every new version but you need to provide a valid email address that can receive mail from filterforge.com.
We have now sent a new message to the address linked to your forum account: info@a****-w********.de
If you don't receive it please provide a different email address.

Keys for FF12 will be sent out as soon as FF12 is released. The release is planned later this year.
