I own two Filter Forge Licenses.  I need the passwords for both.  I have tried contacting support in multiple ways, including by phone. It has been weeks, and I am out of ideas on how to access the Gallery features, without that login information.  So, I am reduced to creating a new account, with a new email.  
This is a BIG problem, FF.  You consistently send me emails to upgrade, but you won't help with a little problem like passwords.  So, what motivation do I have?  I do not think I am the only one.
