Pricing Descrepancy?

Hi all,

So I decided to buy FF9 - the pricing page says Standard Edition $49 - but when you get to the cart it's $249. I would love to buy at $49 - $249 is not going to happen. Is there a code I need or is the 80% discount not a real thing?

The FF discount system has a long history of confused users. The discount appears on one visit, disappears the next etc.

One user once reported that you have to open the site in a new browser session (incognito/private mode) - eventually repeat that until the right discount percent shows up.

Do a search on "discount" in the forums .. you'll find a lot of posts on the subject smile:-)

You do not need any discount code

I have tested it myself to try to buy any of the FF 9 versions and have discovered that you are right telling that they are all full price except the Subscription that it has the correct discount applied

Why the subscription has the right price and not the other ones?

As Sphinx have said correctly, it seems that the FF discount depends on each visit you make, and depends on what browser you are using, so maybe you could try to use other browsers and see if there is any change and the discount is applied

FF team should check if the price discount is applied correctly according to their own computers

Hey thanks for the replies! I did do some searching for this issue. I have tried refreshing/new sessions in Firefox, IE11, Edge, Chrome and Opera and always the same "regular" price. I've sent support an e-mail but haven't heard back as of yet.
