I wanted to try asking here before bothering support. I just bought and downloaded FF8 and I cannot seem to download filters. I click on download and nothing happens. I tried both with the program open as standalone and in PS CC
 The last time I had FF was when it was BETA lol Any suggestions for the newbie? |

Your FF is not installed properly. Please redownload and reinstall.

Thank you! I don't know why it didn't work when the rest of the program was but I am glad it's working now.
