Add plugin to Photoshop CC 2018?

I have tried copying the contents of the Filter Forge Plugin folder to the Photoshop plugin folder, but the filter isn't adding. This is a new version of Photoshop for me, so not sure what else I might need to tweak to get it working.

Can anyone help me out?

I am using 7. The installer did not give the option of adding a Photoshop plugin, just the standalone version.
