Hi all.
I am moving fr om FF4 to FF7. I've followed the directions here: https://www.filterforge.com/forum/read...5&TID=9140 It worked, but what I'm still missing are the alterations I made to each filter. I'm a super FF noob, so I don't even know what this is actually called. But when you open an existing filter and change the settings, colors, lighting, etc. And then you can save your changes and it shows up in the little box in the left column. None of those edits/alterations moved to FF7. Wh ere can I find those and how do I save them? Thanks |

Hi pinklemonade, it depends what exactly you're talking about.
Do you mean presets? Presets save filter settings/lighting. The thumbnails are displayed on the bottom left. You need to copy over the "My Presets" folder from the FF4 directory to the FF7 directory. For example, in Windows 10: Copy this folder C:\Users\USERNAME\AppData\Roaming\Filter Forge 4\My Presets Paste here C:\Users\USERNAME\AppData\Roaming\Filter Forge 7 (USERNAME = whatever your username is) Or maybe you opened the filter editor and saved custom versions of filters? Your edited filters will show up in the "Custom Filters" category displayed in the top left column and (by default) are located in the "My Filters" folder. In Windows 10: Copy this folder C:\Users\USERNAME\AppData\Roaming\Filter Forge 4\My Filters Paste here C:\Users\USERNAME\AppData\Roaming\Filter Forge 7 |
