Is there anywhere to set the size of the image when using the new copy/paste function?

No matter what size I have the image set in FF7, I copy, but it pastes into Photoshop @ 600x600.

Can't find anything in the help topics smile:?:

Yes: it is View > Preview Size. When set to Reduced, only a 600x600 image will be copied to clipboard; when set to Actual, the actual image size will be copied.

Do you think it is worth creating a separate help topic about that?..

The question wasn't mine, but yes, there definitely should be a more comprehensive help topic about this feature. As a user and not a filter author, I find FF to be easy to use and intuitive. But the new copy-paste feature with its link to "preview size" is not intuitive.

EAdams, thanks for your input. Before this thread, I thought the copy-paste function was pretty intuitive: what you see on the screen is what gets copied to clipboard. It is not "linked" to the preview size, it is the preview size setting that controls the visible image.

I'd appreciate some examples of covering copy-paste in other user manuals. Does Photoshop, or Substance Designer, or other graphic editors have a separate help topic on copy-paste?

Thank you, that worked. I also discovered that I had to wait for the render bar to complete otherwise it only copied the partially rendered image.

Might be worth a mention in the help file in the next update as it wasn't as obvious as you guys thought smile:) Speaking as someone who has used FF since V1 !!
