After downloading a filter (Rose by Ken) FF6 froze during this download installation and now freezes when I start it. I have contacted support and will await there response.
In the meantime where can I find my licence/serial number for ver6 please?
All I can find is my licence number in an email when I purchased ver4, I have upgraded to 5 and 6 since then.
Problem sorted started up laptop this afternoon and deleted the filter, program hung for about 15 minutes then I was able to reuse it properly.
There is obviously something amiss with this filter as reading on the Forum and elsewhere others have had similar problems with it.

This is kinda expected: please wait like 15 minutes, and the flower filter will unfreeze.
