Upgrade to Filterforge 6.0

As a longtime used of FF 4.0 there seems to be a disincentive to upgrade to 5.0 right now, given that 6.0 is due for release sometime soon.

Is there any program to offer free upgrade to 6.0 if you buy 5.0 now?

Our upgrades have never been free. If you buy it now the upgrade won't be free as well.
You can only receive a free upgrade if you buy 5.0 within a month before 6.0 is released.

Having received the email today stating that if I don't upgrade FF4 to FF5 by 31st August I will no longer be eligible for any upgrade pricing I don't suppose FF6 is out during September? smile:)

SteveR, you're reading it wrong (or we were unable to explain it clearly).
If you don't upgrade FF4 to FF5 by Aug 31 you'll lose the current 50% upgrade discount. If you don't upgrade by %some time in October% you'll lose the next discount. And if you don't upgrade by the time FF6 is released, you'll lose all upgrading options.

I'd say May 2017. Take a look at FF's very own "Our News" section. You'll see that a commercial release usually happens about a year after the start of its beta.

So according to this quote, FF 6.0 will be available sometime in November or at beginning of December as in the facebook page is put the image below

As now is November it seems that there is no discount for upgrading to FF 6.0, so if you want to upgrade from FF 4.0 to FF 6.0 now is the time to do it or never.
