Are you guys already using, or planning to use, neural networks to create artistic filters?

Filterforge itself doesn't behave like a neural network, let alone, has no part of the program that deals with learned networks not even an AI. Basically those deep-style things are impossible in FilterForge. However, these forums have touched on the top and has tried anyway with some pretty nifty results. While they're far from what you'd get in what deep style can achieve, the principle of sampling an image to output results is he same. Keep in mind, again, that FilterForge does not work at all like those deep style programs, we're just mimicking.

It's just networks. The neural and creative part is done by ourselves. I think having an AI that would create the filter would be interesting on the one hand, but where would the fun be for us? For me it is trying the effect of wiring noises, curves, blending and distorting them and getting sometimes unexpected results and inspirations.
