I have seen that are many software companies when they release a new version of their software with new features and new possible abilities, they try to make guides, tutorials, examples, suggestions, and show how they can be used in different ways, and explain for what things they could be useful

They promote this new things so people would want to pay for the upgrade knowing how they can use the new things and what benefits these new things bring to them, so the company earns more money

It seems that FF expect that the FF users that are in the forum should be the ones that work and show what can be done with the new features, and they do not do nothing else, just only give a brief description and simple possible example

i think that the new plus components of FF may give new, useful, creative and expanded abilities that was not possible until now but what lacks is more ideas, suggestions, hints, tutorials or more filter using these new plus components to be able to use more and better this new plus components, it could also helpful that FF company helps more to promlte and show what it really can be done amd open the world more of the plussabilities

I lnow that FF is not a big company with lots of employees, but I think that if FF company could invest some time and money on promoting and showing how to use better the new features included in FF 5.0 they could motivate people to upgrade and earn more money.

In the same way as they are active on facebook, they could also be active helping users get the most out of FF 5.0

Thanks

Speaking of learning n stuff, did you ever look at what I sent you? I actually made a 48 something minute video that just crams a lot of info just specifically for you. lol If you didn't look at it yet, I advise you to do so cause it has some answers you may be looking for. It appears like our emails aren't entirely reaching each other.

[Edit] Those were private matters. Everybody else can safely ignore all of that. Carry on with the actual discussion.

Bump for your own sake. Not even sure if those emails went through and this is probably the only contact method I know you still look at.

The OP has a good point, regardless of whether or not he has viewed a private video directed at him alone.

Please really ignore that video statement. It's really really intended only for SpaceRay. I just can't get a hold of him without doing something like this drastic.

Just a note, Substance Designer does these monthly drops where they give away example processors and textures for free to explore and use. In most cases, I just download them for texture sake but they often try to incorporate new features of the program. I think it's a nice creative way of getting in touch with the users as well as giving some examples to work off of.

Quick addendum because I just thought anyway: Although, you know... in the end it's probably faster to just ask us/the users for specifics than wait for FF to make you examples. Wouldn't count on it but it'd be nice anyway. Like Chuck Close says: "All the best ideas come out of the process; they come out of the work itself. Things occur to you. If you're sitting around trying to dream up a great art idea, you can sit there a long time before anything happens."
