FF5 runs Faster when Open Photoshop as Administrator

Hello,

I just opened Photoshop CC 2015 64 bit in Windows 10 as administrator and noticed the rendering in the FF5 window did so about twice as fast. Am I imagining the imaging?

Has any one else had similar result?
Is there a downside to opening Photoshop or even the FF Librarian as Administrator?
