I do not understand why FF tells that this is an obsolete way to do it |
Maybe because the search function doesn't work with the "obsolete" browser (at least for me)?
Maybe because otherwise nobody will buy Librarian?
Maybe because there are plans to remove this function?
This "obsolete" browser seems to be still present in beta 5, but will it be in the final version 5 (why it is called otherwise obsolete)?
In my workflow I want to search and download multiple filters at the same time.
f.i. if I want to experiment with "Bokeh" filter types, I want to
search for "Bokeh" and I want to download multiple filters at the same time.
With the "modern" browser it is not possible to load multiple files at the same time and with the "obsolete" browser the search function doesn't work.
The only solution seems to be to buy the complete filter database + Librarian.
The Librarian and filter database are then bound to version 4 in the current state, if you don't want to pay for subscription.
I think this can be a showstopper for me to upgrade to version 5.
Or is there another "workaround" to search in the online database, select let say 10 filters and to download all the selected filters at the same time?
