Filter Search is too slow

The Filter Search on the website is terribly slow and often makes me think my computer has crashed. Am I the only one experiencing this?

Whether I use IE, Firefox or Safari (on my IPad), the results are the same. The window for the search results appears, but stays blank for a minute or so. This is what it looks like in Firefox, which tells me it is connecting to lite.piclens.com.



My internet connection is relatively fast - I am able to stream video or access other websites with no such problems. My desktop PC is currently connected to my router via a wired connection.

Why should I have these problems only with FilterForge? My PC (Windows 8.1) was reset to factory default this past week and I re-installed my most important software, but the FF search is still slow.

I also got the search result immediately. I use Firefox and it is even an old version ( 18.0.2 ).
