I'm not aware of any FF filter that does exactly that, but the "components" are something like spherize + mask + blurred background. Should take 0.32 sec to construct in FF

I suspect it is simply done in Photoshop. As Sphinx says, it is a combination of about three filter actions: spherize, blur and a mask with probably an inner glow applied to the layer.

Thanks for the answers but i am pretty sure it is done with Filterforge, dont know have used only 1 filter or more different filters.

Also i was like browsing acouple of sites and this here [link removed by moderator] if you look at the detail in the highlighting on the edges. Is there a brush or a tool in filters that can do that with two colors at once sort of like a gradient?? (not the colors of that site, like just in general to mix and two together )
